Disliked:At 3:55-4:25midnight, August 10,2026, there was a false alarm. It made the residents all wake up but nobody could give any advice for that.

Very helpful and courteous front desk staff

Liked:Staff were friendly and helpful. The room seemed clean and the beds comfortable but the dark floors were dirty, my feet turned black within minutes of having a shower. The free breakfast was basic but adequate. Not sure of the safety aspect of peeled boiled eggs sitting in stagnant warm water at the self serve bar. The breakfast area was crowded and tables full of spilled syrup and crumbs were not wiped between diners and the fabric chairs were dirty. Outside tables were also not cleaned for breakfast. A fire alarm went off at 3:40am and while everyone waited outside the manager didn’t seem to know what to do, the fire dept arrived later to turn the alarm off. If I travel to Kelowna again I think I would choose another hotel.

Fire Alarm

Liked:A fire alarm woke us up at 3:40 am Improper procedure followed to resolve the issue. Fire Department was 30 minutes to arrival. All together it was 45 minutes of stress.
