When booking 10 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Please note that renovation work will be carried out from October 1, 2025, to June 30, 2026. During this period, the fitness center will be closed. Guests can use the fitness center at The Crimson. The pool, hot tub, steam room, Spa Jasper, laundry, Walter’s dining room & Hearthstone lounge will be closed from October 13, 2025 to June 30, 2026. During this period, Guests can use the pool, hot tub and laundry facilities at Marmot Lodge, and Spa Jasper will reopen at Chateau Jasper. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
