When booking 10 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Please note that, until late fall 2026, sections of our hotel will be undergoing renovations. As a result, the check-in reception desk has been temporarily moved to the Alpine Wing Pavilion, and select facilities and services will be hosted at our sister hotels. Please follow the directions on our Locations Page. The pool, hot tub, steam room, fitness centre, and laundry facilities are currently closed. Guests may enjoy the pool, hot tub, and laundry facilities at Marmot Lodge. Spa Jasper is located at Chateau Jasper; please visit the Spa Jasper website for updates. Please note: Due to elevator outages, Woodland Wing rooms are accessible by stairs only during renovations.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.
