Not an ADA room

Liked:Location. we went to UNF for our daughter's graduation.

Disliked:We booked an ADA room because my husband is in a wheel chair. First, the room was on the 4th floor - how do i get him down in case of emergency? Second, the bathroom had a walk-in shower, not a roll in. It was a normal hotel bathroom - no extra room to get around with a wheel chair, no grab bars. Third, the A/C didn't work properly, and it took some time till someone showed up to fix it. They offered us an other room, but the shower would have been a bathtub. The breakfast was underwhelming.

Clean , spacious, tentive but needs upgradeds will stay again

Liked:The location was grate .. the room was super spacious !

Disliked:Besides everything housekeeping was rude in our second morning I guess we weren’t fast enough for them to get out of the room by the time we left we approached them to let them know we were out all we got was dirty looks .
