Liked:The Room was really clean, smelled good. We got the room with the 2 queen size beds and it was a good size. Breakfast was good and they have really good coffee as well. Also, the location is perfect. Tons of restaurants and stores at St. John’s Town Center. This will be my go to when I come visit my daughter at UNF

Clean and comfortable Jacksonville stay!

Liked:Had a clean and comfortable stay when visiting Jacksonville for a wedding. It’s close to the town center and by lots of restaurants and shopping. I had a good and quiet stay. Hotel is reasonably priced for the area. If staying or passing through the area, I recommend this hotel and would stay again!

Expectations not met.

Disliked:The staff were absolutely indifferent to the guests. Borderline rude but just “friendly” enough to pass. We had stayed in this hotel before and the staff was fine but this time it was a completely different experience, to the point that next time we won’t stay anymore. Breakfast was not very tasty, eggs were almost rubber, but I do understand that can be subjective. Everything else was fine.
