Hidden quiet from the chaos with all the luxury amenities of a beach resort

Liked:The serenity of stepping out of the island chaos into this quiet and peaceful space, yet, right across the road from the beach and will full access to all the beach items needed for a lovely stay, including breakfast!

Clean and comfortable, plus close to the beach. Plenty of hot water while taking shower.

Liked:Close to the beach, includes breakfast (make sure you chose the egg omelette), clean and comfortable room. Water faucet by the pool for cleaning sands off your sandals and feet before you enter your room. Plenty of hot water while taking shower (two other hotels we stayed in Mexico run out of hot water while taking shower. Must be a common problem in small islands)

Disliked:Too bad the room has no microwave or at least a coffee maker. Only small fridge. That actually took away value for money because it’s not a cheap hotel. I’ve stayed at many other cheaper hotels in Mexico and most of them included at least a coffee maker or a hot water heater.

A terrible experience – completely overpriced

Disliked:For the high price they charge, this felt like a room in a cheap hotel rather than a proper one, and it looked nothing like the nice pictures online. The mattress was old, and the shower had terrible water pressure. The pool was dirty, the poolside showers had no water, and the place was full of mosquitoes. Many guests complained, but the hotel owners simply did not care. Stay away!

Clean, good location & lots of character

Liked:My Sister and I spent a week in June! Upon arrival, requested tv to be fixed, entering thru the patio door with old school key was challenging one day. Noisy in the back of the hotel @ night but was clean and the pool area had lots of character. Breakfast was tasty but lacked variety. Beach club access was easy & convenient. Beautiful part of Isla Mujeres!
