Liked:Great location! Friendly staff.

Disliked:Construction outside our room; quite noisy. Restaurant (did not do all inclusive) was pricey. Burger, hotdog, and 2 sodas was $50.

Liked:We liked the breakfast and. gym, both was very diverse and complete! We also got a room upgrade due to an elevator not working which we welcome and appreciated. The hotel is also very conveniently located walking distance from Miguel Hidalgo street, which has multiple restaurant, dining and entertainment options.

Disliked:The hotel had a public street between the pool and beach area which removed some of the privacy from the hotel, also the swimming area in front of the beach is very small due to boats passing by.

Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this hotel based on our experience.

Disliked:Very disappointing experience Our stay at this hotel ended in a very disappointing and upsetting way. We discovered that 2,000 Mexican pesos in cash had disappeared from our room. We reported the incident to the hotel, but we were given no clear explanation and, more importantly, no solution. Unfortunately, our situation became even more difficult when my mother-in-law suddenly passed away. Because of this unexpected family emergency, we had to leave Isla Mujeres and return to Mexico City three days earlier than planned. We asked the hotel for a partial refund for the unused nights. What was particularly shocking was the way the hotel handled our request. We were told that the decision about a refund did not depend on the hotel and that we had to contact Booking.com. However, when we called Booking.com, they investigated the situation and contacted the hotel. We were then informed that the hotel had told Booking.com that they would not authorize any refund. In other words, the hotel initially told us that the refund was Booking.com's responsibility, but Booking.com confirmed that the hotel itself had the authority to approve or deny it. We felt that the hotel was not transparent and misled us about who was responsible for the decision. Considering both the disappearance of our money and the complete lack of compassion and transparency during a sudden family tragedy, our experience was extremely disappointing. We expected much better customer service, honesty, and empathy.

Great location, beach and local establishments.

Liked:Location location location, absolutely perfect spot on Playa Norte to enjoy the stunning beach and local area. Hotel itself is nice but you can find nicer properties but they don’t have this location. For us this was the best combination of location and amenities. Only negative was the food isn’t the best, definitely recommend taking advantage of the nearby restaurants as the food and atmosphere is much better. Overall I would stay here again.

Disliked:Only negative was the quality of food. There is a diverse selection but none of them blew us away. Rather eat locally and use the hotel for its access to the beach.
