Will stay here again over the 5 star resorts any days, the views were to die for!

Liked:Every room overlooks a gorgeous semi-private beach with a beautiful playa and snorkeling area if you like to see the fish and maybe even catch a few, The area is a like a nursery for all kinds of fish and turtles. Highly recommend.

Disliked:The bathroom was very warm and not airconditioned at all and since we were there in July, it was quite toasty and would heat the room up when we showered.

Liked:This is an absolutely excellent location on the northeast side of the island… The turtles come into nest at this time. If you’re in August, so it was perfect. We watched them every night between 10 P.M. and four A.M. It does not get crowded on the side, so it’s just the perfect location being close to all the restaurants and shops as well.

Disliked:The staff is not present often, and I speak Spanish, so I do not have a problem, but they speak very little English, and they understand very little English. Our toilet flooded in the early morning and there was no one to Contact for help until after seven. Luckily, I speak Spanish and was able to communicate, but had my roommate or someone else in my Group had tried to communicate. There is no way they would’ve been able to make the person understand what was going on. I literally had to clean it up myself and then wait until the late afternoon after we returned when the staff was able to address the problem.

Please note that guests must pay in MXN pesos at exchange rate the hotel has during the guest's arrival. VISA and MasterCard credit cards, as well as traveler checks are accepted. Guests must bring pesos if they intend to pay with cash. Please note that in order to generate an invoice guests must request it at the moment of booking and provide the full information. No invoices will be made at the moment of check in or during the stay. Due COVID-19, housekeeping is made every 2 days during guest stay. 100% smoke free space. By official disposition according to the anti-smoking law, smoking is prohibited inside the hotel facilities (including open areas). In case the guest is seen breaking the law, he will be made available to the corresponding authorities. The hotel will be undergoing renovations from the 1st of September to 1st of October from 9:00am to 7:00pm. Two-Bedroom Apartment - Fourth Floor upstairs: please note that for this room type is located on the fourth floor, there is no elevator and you have to go upstairs by foot. From August 15 to October 25, 2025, we will be renovating our hotel, so there will be noise from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.
