Loved it and want to get back to enjoy the roof garden!

Liked:Excellent location, great comfortable room, great staff at the front desk and service during ther breakfast.

Bad experience

Liked:Location was good. The only good thing about this hotel.

Disliked:The room was not clean, more specifically the bathroom trash bin was full of waste, used toilet papers and more. We called the reception (from our phone - since the room’s phone was not working) and the night shift came to empty the bin and entered the bathroom with his shoes on. No apology, no offer to change rooms. When confronted about the shoes, he said the cleaning staff also stepped with shoes before you. Meaning that most probably it was not even mopped. Morning shift did not even ask how our stay was and did not acknowledge the incident. Breakfast was subpar.

An excellent place to stay. Definately will choose it again.

Liked:The location was excellent. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was decent. The hotel was extremely clean.

Disliked:In the bathtub, the glass separation was not properly placed, so after the shower, there was water everywhere. I didn't realize that we needed to reserve the parking so we had to park in other places. However, there were other parking places close by.
