Excellent

Liked:5-star professional personnel and service. Very spacious room with all amenities (bathroom and mini bar). Excellent lighting and sockets position, dark room curtains and central airconditioning functioning 24hrs with adjustable temperature.

Liked:Level 4 aircon wasn’t the best and not cool enough. Staff were great to relocate us but we didn’t bother moving.

Liked:very rich breakfast, polite stuff, excellent location, very nice decoration old fashioned style, extra comfort bed, very close to the castle and old city of Ioannina, very clean spaces all around the hotel.

Disliked:A 5 star hotel that will meet your expectations if you travel for work and if you travel for summer or other season holidays. I have nothing negative to add, everything was great.
