nice staff and pool, but…

Liked:The pool, the cocktails at the bar, staff was really nice and professional, comfy bed

Disliked:we found it unfair that the hotel is not transparent about the fact that the spa is paid for separately, while usually this kind of hotel includes the spa for guests (sauna, hammam) and you get to pay for treatments. also, there was no transparency about the hours of the pool, which closed at 19.00 when right when we arrived, and didn’t open until 11.00 in the morning. There was no info about these in the booking details, nor on the website, which for us (stopping for one night here especially for relaxing at the pool and spa on a long trip) was frustrating. I do want to mention the staff being very nice and allowing us a late checkout so we could enjoy a little bit of pooltime in the morning. Also, the breakfast was so varied, looked impressive as it had a lot of options but when you tried things individually, they really weren’t that good and were made from cheap ingredients..

Liked:Επισκεφτήκαμε ξανά το ξενοδοχείο και μείναμε το ίδιο ευχαριστημένοι. Το δωμάτιο πολύ ωραίο, πολύ άνετο κρεβάτι και πεντακάθαρο. Το πρωινό πολύ πλούσιο και η εξυπηρέτηση άριστη. Αξίζει τα λεφτά του και με το παραπάνω.

Excellent but a few things could be better

Liked:Everything was great. From the hotel design, the gardens, the room, breakfast and polite staff with reasonable pricing for the rooms. Its a luxury hotel and the shows.

Disliked:The hotel rooms (mainly) are starting to show their age. Especially the bathrooms need to be taken care of. Pricing on room service could be a little better.
