Convenient, cost friendly nice stay

Liked:Our stay was for one night that turned into two. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. The staff were kind and professional. The breakfast bar was well stocked. The only con was the pool was closed.

Clean and comfortable

Liked:We stopped here for one night on the 4th floor while visiting the rock & roll hall of fame on a road trip. Friendly staff, clean hotel, decent breakfast ( usual fare). Only issue was that it’s right on the highway, and we could hear the noise at night. Next time I would request a room on the other side away from the highway.

Not again, poor upkeep.

Liked:At first I had a great impression of the hotel room. It was large, well planned out and the bed was great. Then I went into the bathroom and noticed feces in the toilet and all of the handles and switches in the room were dirty. The bed was clean but I was flabbergasted by the dirty room. I cleaned it myself, let them know and they gave me points. Then later I was a little chilly and went to change the temp. The thermostat in the room would not turn on so I could not the change anything. I came in town to rest after some heart studies so I didn't have the energy to move. Also, the scrambled eggs in the morning were slimy powdered eggs. I love eggs and couldn't finish them. The oatmeal was okay and the coffee in the lobby was great. The noise level was okay, There were children running up and down the hallway screaming and the neighbors were loud. but I could not hear above or below me. Would I go again, nope.
