Cleanliness8.4

Staff repeatedly described as friendly and helpful, prompt to fix issues (e.g. reception made up the missing bed quickly; 'Atsaucīgs personāls'; 'Sehr freundliches Personal').

Location8.4

Location frequently praised for proximity to public transport, city centre and nearby supermarket ('blakus metro', 'U-Bahn in der Nähe', 'Locatie goed bereikbaar').

Room Quality6.0

Mixed to negative comments: comfortable beds noted in some reviews but several mentions of problems — too-soft mattresses, very small rooms for families, poor condition of some bathrooms, and a very uncomfortable extra bed/sofa that caused pain.

Amenities8.4

Breakfast, coffee/tea in rooms and on-site supermarket mentioned positively; a few minor negative notes (no refrigerator in room, keys required to open windows) but overall amenities seen as good.

Value for Money8.4

Multiple comments indicate the hotel is good value or fairly priced for families and short stays ('sehr fairen Preis', 'Goed verblijf voor leuke prijs').

Food and Beverage8.4

Overall Experience8.4

Overall guest sentiment is positive with many 'satisfied' or 'perfect' short stays; recurring minor issues (room size, occasional noise, extra bed quality) tempered the experience but did not dominate.

Airport stop over, very pleasant reception area.

Liked:Very nice setting when you walked in. Rooms were clean and tidy. Great location for airport and the noise level was fine considering you are under the flight path. Comfortable beds.

It does what it says on the tin

Liked:It does what it says on the tin - clean rooms, comfortable bed, basic but adequate dinner. Nothing special but good value for a night before a flight

Perfect overnight for T2 morning flights

Liked:Perfect overnight accommodation before flying out from terminal 2 next morning. We booked the premier plus room with food package and the evening meal was excellent as was the buffet breakfast the following morning. All staff are polite and courteous, and the ambiance is nice. We didn’t take the shuttle bus, but used the public service bus 105 stops right outside which goes straight to the terminals and is much cheaper! Overall highly recommended, we’d definitely stay again
