I like Moxy, but not this one.

Liked:Location is decent, breakfast was good.

Disliked:No hotel shuttle, it is Marriott group hotel, there are so many Marriott in LHR, why it not stop by? it brought up total stay cost. Front desk charged me EU$10 as a deposit, when I left, it not refund to my credit card, it has been tow days already. it is World cup time, their lobby TV has been broken down, it told by hotel staff.
