Highly recommend not to book

Liked:Nothing it was one of my worst stay

Disliked:The room was clean and it was horrible smell in room I check in 9:30pm and leave the hotel and check out around 10:15pm Just waste of money they give me a room 1 double bed and bunk bed right on the top of my head I ask staff to change a room and they said we can’t change it even I book a only double bed room

Good location for one night if planning for a convenient hop to LHR flight.

Liked:Room was small but clean. Location is close to the Tube, about 5 minutes away to Hounslow Central Station. Bus stop is right outside for convenience transportation to LHR. There were a lot of restaurants in the area and shopping in the central mall if needed.

Disliked:There is no phone in the room, no desk for work, minimal services provided. No coffee or tea making accessories in the room but one can go downstairs and buy coffee. Tea is free. Not sure it is worth the money for limited amenities in the hotel.

Liked:Convenience of location, check in and parking Evening staff were nice

Disliked:Bed missing slats Dirty towels and empty pizza boxes left in corridor Rude morning staff when reporting about the bed we got laughed at and got told clues in the name of the hotel
