Liked:Lovely apartment, has all the basic amenities needed. very convenient location, near to restaurants, shopping and conference centre. The front office manager Monserrat is exceptional! very pleasant, friendly and helpful. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here.

Liked:Convenient, easy booking process, very friendly receptionist

Disliked:The check in after 5 pm is through a machine, and it would be ok if it worked well. However it didn't scan passports so we spent 15 minutes checking in, and 45 waiting for two couples to check in in front of us. After a stressful day that definitely lowered our experience
