We dis NOT smoke, refund my MONEY.

Liked:Empty your pocket ashtrays in the bins because you are helping preserve Barcelona’s biodiversity and you prefer to keep your cigarette butts rather than throw them into the sea. Yet you charged us €1,000 without our authorization because you claim that we smoked in the room. We did not smoke. A refund must be issued as soon as possible. This is illegal.

Not bad!

Liked:Honestly nothing surprises me. It was just a good - the staff.

Disliked:Considering the amount I paid, I was expecting something better. The stay was nothing special overall. The rooms were clean but felt a bit old. The staff, especially the breakfast team, was the only positive part I appreciated. I checked in late at 11pm and even messaged them to get approval for a late check-out at 3pm, but they only allowed me to stay until 1pm.
