Quirky hotel in a downtown location

Liked:Room was clean and beds were very comfortable. A few stairs to maneuver with suitcases and bathroom was so tiny that it was difficult for a person with Rheumatoid Arthritis. Sponge material inserted all around window was loose and did little to hide noise. Although ear plugs were provided. An amenities fee of $7 was charged but what amenities were provide?
