- The swimming pool will be temporarily closed from November 1, 2025, for annual maintenance until further notice. - Health Club will be temporarily closed from January 5 to 31, 2026 for refurbishment. - Hong Kong Government will impose a ban on single-use plastic products with the first stage set to take effect on 22 April, 2024. Hotel is barred from providing customers with free disposable plastic items such as bottled water, shaving kit and shower cap. To take a further step, disposable plastic water bottles will be replaced with a reusable water bottle in guest rooms, complemented by self-service water dispensers located near the elevator lobby. If necessary, please purchase the regulated products from vending machines at the hotel lobby. - Hotel Accommodations Tax is not chargeable as long as the same occupant stays in the same hotel for 28 continuous nights or more - Double bed is not available in Mountain View Twin Room. - Smoking is prohibited in all guest rooms and floors of the hotel. If necessary, the designated smoking area is located on the right hand side of the hotel main entrance. - The above offers are for accommodations only and cannot be used as wedding purpose.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
