The swimming pool will be temporarily closed from November 1, 2026, for annual maintenance until further notice. The Health Club will be temporarily closed from January 5 to 31, 2026, for refurbishment. The Hong Kong Government will impose a ban on single-use plastic products with the first stage set to take effect on 22 April, 2024. Hotel is barred from providing customers with free disposable plastic items such as bottled water, shaving kits, and shower caps. To take the next step, disposable plastic water bottles will be replaced with reusable water bottles in guest rooms, complemented by self-service water dispensers near the elevator lobby. If necessary, please purchase the regulated products from vending machines at the hotel lobby. Hotel Accommodation Tax is not chargeable as long as the same occupant stays in the same hotel for 28 continuous nights or more Double bed is not available in the Mountain View Twin Room. Smoking is prohibited in all guest rooms and on all hotel floors. If necessary, the designated smoking area is located on the right-hand side of the hotel main entrance. The above offers are for accommodation only and cannot be used for a wedding. The pool is open daily from 1 July 2026 to 31 October 2026, from 08:00 to 21:00. The pool is closed daily from 12:00 to 13:00 and from 17:00 to 18:00 for cleaning.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
