Long stay Guest

Liked:Location is very good, has many restaurants in Tsuen Wan. Atmosphere could be better. Rooms is good however it is a bit noisy. I want to commend Kennis from the Communal Center at the 10 th floor of the Hotel for her incredible hospitality in the lounge. She is always helpful and A great compliment here focuses on anticipation, atmosphere, and personalized care.

Liked:Room ok

Disliked:pillows old and no shape not enough plug sockets and none in bathroom. Cleaners did not clean under cupboards replace missing glasswhich actually they left in the bathroom un touched. Water filter no water! No info re breakfast or where. No attention to detail and conserve need to smile at all time instead of sour faces under their masks
