Good spot to spend the night close to O'Hare airport

Liked:Staff was super nice and helpful. My room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was tastier than expected, I enjoyed the eggs with cheese. Location is good if you are trying to get to O'Hare.

Next time we going to Chicago we will stay there same Hotel

Liked:Breakfast was very good the room was clean and easy access to shopping center

Disliked:We stay 3 Nights and the first night they put us on room 160 which we didn’t liked because the AC was loud and next to the ice machine the bed wasn’t comfortable but we talk to receptionist and she was very nice and move us to room 314 which was a lot better and nice bed the next 2 nights we loved it Thanks

Liked:Not much, hotel location was decent.

Disliked:The service of the room, we had to ask for towels everyday and empty our own trash. I have never stayed at a hotel with these issues before.
