Disliked:Extremely disappointing experience. This feels more like a converted service apartment charging 5-star prices without offering 5-star service or amenities. The rooms lack even basic 5-star facilities, and the service is painfully slow. To make matters worse, the staff repeatedly calls and pesters you over minor checkout delays or visitors staying slightly beyond 9 PM, while taking their own sweet time with room service. At these prices, both the service and overall experience are simply not worth it.
