Liked:Everything about my experience was exceptional—from the warm welcome to the comfortable accommodation. The food was absolutely delicious, the ambience was elegant and inviting, and every aspect of my stay was truly memorable. A special thanks to Ms. Jyoti Thapa at the Front Desk for her outstanding assistance. She handled all the check-in and other formalities with great professionalism, efficiency, and a warm smile, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience throughout my stay. The service could have been better. There were no napkins or water on the table when we were seated. We ordered laccha paratha, but it was served only after we had almost finished our dinner. Better attention to timing and table setup would have made the dining experience much more enjoyable.
