Great location private beach so not crowded at all the perch restaurant 5 stars our waiter Jayman was very knowledgeable

Disliked:Unorganized when checking in only a few carts for luggage unloading/loading one person to check in had a bit of a wait to check in because of these things Also they charge a fee I believe it was $15 to use luggage carts and they expect a tip we just took our luggage ourselves up to the 3rd floor Self Parking is a bit of a walk and is $15 day They have valet parking I think it was $20 day Our last day lots of seaweed and I know that’s out of the hotels control but I’ve never seen it that bad !

Bad customer service

Liked:Just me and my twin sister on a girls trip! When we arrived it was very confusing on where to patk and how to get our stuff to our room! The man that runs the bell man service is very rude and will not let you use a cart unless you pay !! We added a night to our stay so they had us move rooms on our 4th night! That was fine but they double booked the room and we had a man walk in on us ! The front desk called me and demanded we get out!! I told her no way were we moving rooms again and the only way I would consider is if we could get a refund and we would go ahead and check out!! The front desk people are very rude and the man at the bell man stand was literally telling the other guys not to help people cause it was his job and they weeee messing with his money ! Very unprofessional and just very awkward to witness!! It’s a mess waiting your your car if you get valet and you really have to get valet or walk a mile !! The resort is nice and has a lot to offer but very very poor customer service !

Very unpleasant stay

Disliked:I had reserved ocean front room and they gave me room facing the road and they told he that booking.com tricked you. Then they offered me ocean front room for extra $100 upgrade fee per day. First night the ocean front room was right above the bar which was so noisy that me and my wife were not able to get good sleep. Then after complaining they switch me to a better room. It was my 33rd wedding anniversary and we had to go through this bad experience.
