Liked:The hotel was nice. The breakfast was decent. The pool was probably the thing my kids loved the most. The rooms were also nice.

Disliked:I booked 2 rooms and only 1 was ready when we got there. After driving 17+ hours that was pretty annoying. I had to wait for my other room to be ready. It seemed to be the problem for many other guests as well. The hotel was short on housekeeping. Our room was only cleaned once out of 7 nights. We had to ask for extra towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, etc. The 1 elevator they had was extremely slow and busy constantly. There was also a pretty big storm that hit during our stay and we lost power for about 30 minutes. Which I get things happen but the generator that they have outside did not kick on immediately.

Overall the stay was enjoyable.

Liked:Good location, breakfast was very good.

Disliked:Pool was a little small and had not been cleaned. Way too many dogs allowed on property for my liking and guests above me were loud and we could hear stomping and noise until 2AM
