The staff was great, downside was shabby rooms, and misleading pictures on the website.

Liked:The staff are great. Very friendly. Due to an employee being a trainee, information was confusing and details missing, but the employee was very sweet, friendly and made great effort to be professional. Details on the website were confusing, the manager was exceptionally kind to help with my misunderstanding, and assist in accommodating my situation in a friendly, professional manner.

Disliked:Website information and details were confusing or vague. Rules about pets were incomplete. Pictures are way outdated. The room was a severe disappointment. The confusion from the website led to misunderstanding about rules around pets in the room. There wasn't info in the room about the tv, and the remote didn't work. There weren't reminders of where pets were allowed. I signed papers at the check in counter, but I didn't get a copy of the rules or what I signed. Leaving me to go off memory, or ask the staff repeatedly. The hotel was in the middle of repairs, lots of workers, dust, noisy tools, a warning on the website would have been appreciated.
