Early check-in is subject to availability; guests should contact the hotel directly the morning of arrival for availability. Guests must be 18 years or older to check-in. Private self-parking: USD 41 or valet parking: USD 45. No reservation is necessary. Beginning November 2025, Starbucks will be closed as we transition to Foxtail Coffee (due to open Spring 2026). Our Pantlind Hotel will also be undergoing guestroom bathroom renovations from 2025-2027. Room type availability may be subject to change based on project updates. All outlets and areas will remain open during these two enhancements to our beautiful, historic hotel.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.

Not friendly and no accountability for lost items

Liked:The location was good but you have to pay extra for the river view even if the hotel is not full and they have availability.

Disliked:They don’t give you HH points if you book through Booking and they give you a subtle but clear attitude. The parking is super expensive and the valet parking people mess up your electronics in the car. Avoid using them. Other parking near by is only $14 for 24 hrs. vs $49 they charge. The manager is not friendly if you request a free upgrade even though I had reserved an accessible room and when I got there they didn’t have it. No one takes responsibility for checking the closet of room 844 to retrieve two expensive jackets left accidentally. No one can say whether the room was cleaned or if someone actually checked the closet when asked 3-4 hrs later. All they do, is send you an email with lost and found forms and in more than 24 hrs no one responds to the forms or several calls to the front desk in search of some accountability. The longer they wait in taking action, the higher the chances of loosing the items. So far no news of my very expensive jackets.

Liked:Very nice hotel and close to downtown

Disliked:That our room was not available when we there to check in after I booked the room months in advance. We had to change clothes in the public bathroom in the lobby area and there was water all over. Was very disappointed that I was only offered a $50 credit. I would not stay here again due to these inconveniences

Disliked:It was very tired looking and some of the appliances in the room were broken (iron, hairdryer). Our room was also not cleaned throughout our weekend stay. Lobby also has exhibits and a fountain the lobby which are far too big for the size of the lobby and make it uncomfortable and crowded walking through the lobby.
