Friendly and polite staff, but the hotel needs renovation, especially the rooms and reception area.

Liked:The staff were all very kind, friendly and always willing to help. A special thank you to the lady from Burund who was exceptionally warm, professional, and caring. The food was generally good.

Disliked:The check-in process was very poorly organized and we had to wait for over an hour before receiving our room. The first room we were given was not in good condition with broken marble flooring, a damaged wardrobe door and the bathroom was not properly cleaned. We were moved to a second room which was noticeably better but it still needs some renovation and better maintenance to meet guests' expectations At 1:00 PM the room was still not cleaned and we had to request that someone be sent however the staff member who came was very kind and helpful.
