A beautiful and comfortable property, but our experience was affected by poor room allocation and in

Liked:The property itself is very nice, clean and comfortable, with good facilities. The apartments are spacious and well equipped, and the location in Grand Baie is ok though transportation is needed. Overall, the hotel has a good standard and we enjoyed the accommodation itself.

Disliked:We booked two apartments for our family, but they were allocated far away from each other, which was very inconvenient, especially travelling as a family. We were initially told that the apartments could possibly be changed after other guests checked out, but later this was refused due to claimed lack of availability, even though other accommodation appeared available online. We also had an unpleasant experience with the hotel shuttle: it dropped us off but did not return at the agreed time, leaving our family waiting. The main disappointment was not the property itself, but the poor follow-up and handling of these issues.

Had a wonderful stay at the hotel with excellent service throughout. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintai

Liked:Everything ; the location , facilities and staffs. Really enjoyed with family and kids.

Disliked:Bathroom jet is available in some rooms only and so we needs to change due to requirement. Jet should be available in all room by default. This is one feedback which is mandatory for many regions.
