A serine slice of Gili Gede, (with really posh food).

Liked:What a great place this is. So welcoming and just a really nice place to be. The room we had was great with a lovely view. The restaurant is great, the food is of very high quality! The services offered, boat trips, transport etc are very good value and good luck trying to beat the boat or transfer prices! Communication pre visit was perfect and caring. The chill out area is so relaxing to just sit, eat, drink and talk. The reef just opposite is a lot better than I was led to believe it to be too. It's a really calming place and we loved it.

Disliked:plastic pollution on the island, however the lodge area was very clean

Lovely, rustic guesthouse

Liked:This is a small, rustic guesthouse that is off the beaten track and away from the partying and surfing crowds of the south. It’s a lovely relaxing place to stay for a couple of nights. We did a snorkelling trip to 3 spots on the adjacent Gilis, and this was fabulous.

Disliked:The property was great. Gili Gede itself seems to be battling with many empty/closed resorts.

Liked:This place is in paradise! Very quiet and at one with nature. Right on the beach and lots of activities to do nearby including diving and snorkelling. Food and cocktails were amazing!

Disliked:We visited in June and it was quite hot at night without air con.
