Disliked:Breakfast was okay but was busy and was practically the same 3/4 options every day . They offered porridge that needed a microwave to prepare but they had no microwave!!!! Very Small beach area with only 18 sun beds

Liked:Proximity to Seven Mile and all of the restaurants/cafes and offices nearby. Lots of smiles from the staff. Close to the restaurant was very pretty and nice too.

Disliked:My partner and I didn't sleep because of a constant ringing noise (I assume to be the A/C) which sounded like a small jet engine on idle. Pillows were genuinely uncomfortable. The beach area and the number of chairs was minimal. We were told we could check in around 12 which then became 2, which became 2:30 and finally 3 as usually (since we were here early). Little forgetful things I've noticed from the staff too, even though we found them friendly. My overall assessment was that they focused on going over the top for the vacation experience (beach chairs, GoPros, tours, shuttles, etc.) but have avoided the essentials such as bedding, noise, check in/out, breakfast options, etc. etc.

Liked:Not your grandma's Hampton Inn! The Hampton by Hilton Grand Cayman was incredible & definitely gave us a resort feel. The pool area is so quaint, lush & private! We loved the proximity of Ms Pipers garden bar to the pool for fun tropical cocktails! The 2 bedroom suite we had was lovely, spacious & comfortable. Breakfast was served at Ms Pipers restaurant & it was delicious and plentiful. The staff at this hotel truly care about you & your experience! We utilized the shuttle service a few times which was convenient, which the front desk staff will set up for you. We couldn't recommend this hotel enough! 5 stars!!!!
