Best Staff and Beautiful Hotel

Liked:The Grand Cayman Marriott was the most wonderful experience. The staff, the hotel and the view was amazing. The kindness and customer service we had was exceptional. I want to mention simply everyone who made our family vacation so extraordinary. but to mention a few....Thank you to Ella, Junita, Minu, Murine, Syrene, Litha, Gregor, Dre and Jev and Jessie. You were Always so helpful, so accommodating and with a smile. The resort is beautiful too and we were upgraded to an ocean view room. It was the Best Summer Vacation Thank you Grand Cayman Marriott.

Short sweet and expensive

Liked:It feels Compact. You never had far to go, all the facilities and functionality were a short walk from each other.

Wonderful hotel and location from which to explore the island!

Liked:The hotel, rooms, and food exceeded expectations. The pool is very small but was never crowded during our stay. There is construction taking place out back as they restore the beach, but the shuttle (or quick walk) to Jacks Beach Bar was actually an upgrade to me! Quick shout out to the staff that made our stay so enjoyable: Milan in the coffee shop remembered my name and order each morning! Belle was a friendly server that was always checking to make sure we were enjoying our food and any special requests, Karl at the front door was helpful with taxis and recommendations, Sheryl and Omar also added to the experience. My husband raved about Felda at the spa. She did such a great job her went back a second time!

We are refining our guest rooms to keep telling our Summer House story - with a fresh and contemporary look that will enhance the guest experience and create a welcoming environment everyone will enjoy coming home to. This refinement will begin July 1, 2023 with expected completion on April 14th, 2024. The beautification process will be in phases to minimize guest inconvenience, starting with the top floors and alternating North and South sides of the building. A deposit may be required at the property.
