Lads walking holiday

Liked:Lads walking holiday, great base. Excellent vfm. Free excursion to monte baldo,saved us a fair bit money. Lots of great walking from hotel door step.

I really enjoyed our short stay and would definitely stay again for a longer holiday.

Liked:The breakfast was great, the room was very clean and comfortable and staff were welcoming and friendly. The pool was great clean and never too crowded. It felt very calm, quiet and relaxing at the hotel.

Disliked:The room we had was great but the beds were very hard and I found then quite uncomfortable. The noise early in the morning from a neighbouring business or possibly the kitchen at around 6.30am was intrusive and it did disturb my sleep. We were in one of the older rooms. Rm261. I've rated the hotel 5 star as the services, facilities and location were wonderful. It's just a shame about the noise and the beds. It would have been nice to see some gluten free bread /pastry alternatives for breakfast. Also some lactose free yogurts.

Liked:Our initial room was very small, but the staff went out of their way to find us a room with more space, including giving us a junior suite for one the night. The hotel was full, but they managed to juggle us around. The fault was ours. We should have checked the details, but the team refused to let us pay anymore, which we would gladly have done.

Disliked:Initial very small room, but we understand these are scheduled for refurbishment.

Excellent, will surely go there again.

Liked:Everything about our stay was great. The staff was friendly, accommodating and ready to assist with any request now matter how trivial. Breakfast was very nice and there were enough staff members on hand to ensure for an excellent experience.

Disliked:For us there was nothing we didn't like. Everything went as smoothly as possible. The establishment was very clean and there was always someone available to accommodate any request if it was possible.
