Overall we had a lovely stay

Liked:Beautiful views, very nice staff, choice of breakfast was good.

Disliked:Shading at pool area could be better. Cleaning could be Improved especially in the corners. TV could be positioned better.

Expensive but beautiful place.

Liked:It’s in a beautiful location. The pool and the facilities are perfect. It’s clean. The staff are nice. Big football screen at bar for the World Cup.

Disliked:You have to charge everything to your room, they don’t seem to allow you to pay as you go. It makes for a nervous surprise at the end of your stay. They charge you for lots of extras such as hire of golf clubs etc. city tax is also added on at the end. Breakfast was nice but lacking options.

Enjoyed our 2 nights with family

Liked:Very nice bathroom. Great Breakfast and setting beautiful looking over countryside and Lake in distance. Music in the evenings good Great shuttle service to Garda. Would be nice if provided later in the evening aswell.

Disliked:Bed comfy but no cover over bottom mattress, room felt dated. Corridors very dated A bit further from Garda than expected. A long walk in the heat

Good location and place for families.

Liked:Facilities and location with great views

Disliked:One staff member in particular Mr barman Luigi… not at all impressed about his customer service, rather rude and arrogant attitude towards customers… he refused to serve a glass of water at the bar saying to go back to the rooms if wanted to drink tap water. Spa hours very limited and not open in the mornings disappointed about this as not been able to use it as looked great place to relax.
