Liked:Location was right on the lake. Room was clean, a good size with great views. Breakfast was served on the lakeside terrace in front of the hotel and was plentiful and delicious.

Disliked:No tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

Excellent location and extremely friendly staff

Liked:Excellent location and really friendly staff , couldn’t fault them

Disliked:Stairs to the bedrooms were a bit of a pain with the pushchair, there was a lift but it seemed temperamental and would often stop with you inside before going again - there was also 1 flight of stairs to get to the lift - breakfast was nice but the same every day

We wished we could have stayed longer

Liked:Staff was very nice and welcoming, very helpful with parking and luggage drop off (the hotel is in a car restricted area), they even helped us bringing the luggage to the room as we had a toddler with us. The building is historical and recently renovated to very high standards, very clean and well maintained. Room was huge, very comfortable for 3 people and 1 dog. Bathroom was clean. Perfect location for strolling on the lake side. Aircon works very well in the room.

Disliked:The common areas have no aircon. Bathroom fittings are suffering of careless usage from hotel guests and might need a little bit of maintenance. Be aware parking is provided, but it is roughly 15 min away by walk.
