Booked 4 days and left after one night due to not getting what I booked and paid for.

Liked:Been going here for over 25 years usually have a great time last few times not so great booked a Casita village month and a half beforehand even called spoke to staff confirming all only to get there to be told my ocean view room is now a garden view room not what I was expecting after telling my family that I had a surprise for them then I was told I was getting receiving a “discount” for the garden view room was the actual price …… yes you took off the cost of the Ocean view room. Won’t be going there again

Disliked:Over crowded and they sell you anything just to get you there then can change your entire booking

Enormous resort, beautiful grounds but lacking in atmosphere and heart

Disliked:We found the resort too big and a little soulless, the main hotel has real issues with signage and availabilty of staff at reception where there was always a wait
