Excellent location but an overall poor value

Liked:A fine location

Disliked:The elevator broke down, and it took over two days to fix it. Since it was the only customer elevator and there wasn’t much urgency to repair it, this incident revealed a lot about the management culture.

Modern vibes and city views!

Liked:We love the Durham Hotel! My husband and I stayed there while visiting Durham and enjoyed the location, food/drinks, and modern vibes plus city views each gorgeous room provides. Their rooftop is to die-for too! Felt like a little staycation even though we left the hotel - but we were very happy to enjoy a lot of our time in the hotel room because it's so relaxing and beautiful.
