4 star my bum more like 2.

Liked:Very comfortable bed,fantastic shower,very good breakfast pure orange juice(no chepo version) fantastic variety,lovely staff, but very expensive, near airport.

Disliked:We had no choice but to stay here our flight to Ireland was cancelled. We stayed in the executive room so we expected excellent service and a fantastic room which was not the case.1st of all the room was half cleaned rubbish bin was not cleaned and replaced we did not have tea bags milk etc nothing was replaced had to ask reception it was not done that night only in the afternoon next day as we had to stay 2more days.hotels were fully booked with UK airport disruptions which should not be an excuse for bad service after paying alot of money on this room. I hated that we could not open a window for fresh air and no English tea bags only earl grey rubbish. We had to buy our own English teabags and milk and drinks.we stayed in a lovely wee hotel called thearme spa hotelin grimage was fantastic only a 2star but fantastic ratings and close to were we needed to go for diomand league athletics we were used to comfort and 10star service and the staff were fantastic defo stay there again but as for this so called 4star hotel I would never stay again or recommend it to anyone. But as my friend said at least we had a bed to sleep in not on the airport floor.🤣😂

Just the job

Liked:Stayed one night on our way to our trip to the Rhine Valley. Nice modern room, good air-conditioning much need in the heatwave, great shower comfy bed. Really nice food with great service for dinner. Plenty choice for breakfast. Only moan from my wife was no English breakfast tea
