Liked:Needed hotel close to airport for early morning flight. Nothing special but fit the bill.

Disliked:Desk told us taxi to airport would be 20 Euros, but the driver charged us 32 Euro. Asked if we had voucher. This should be sorted out, it's not good for the desk to not have inaccurate information.
