All guests are required to show photo identification upon check-in. Pentahotels has a strict no smoking policy in our non-smoking rooms. If you choose to smoke in these rooms, you will be subject to incur a fine of up to 250 EUR. For security reasons, unaccompanied children under the age of 16 are not permitted to stay at our hotels. Guests aged under 18 can stay at a Pentahotel only if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Alternatively, they must provide a signed document confirming parental or guardian consent. This document should include: • Full name, date and place of birth, passport number, date of issue, and issuing office for both the minor and the legal guardian. • Copies of the passports of both the legal guardian and the minor(s). Failure to provide these documents will result in the refusal of the stay. Cleaning service is available upon request. A pet fee of €20 per pet per night applies. Pentahotels has a strict no smoking policy in our non-smoking rooms. If you choose to smoke in these rooms or remove/adjust the smoke detector, you will be subject to incur a fine of up to 250 EUR.
