If the room rate includes dinner, spa, or Sun World Bana ticket; dinner, spa, or Sun World Bana ticket will be provided to the confirmed number of adults on the reservation. Dinner/spa/ Sun World Bana ticket is not inclusive for children. Please note that kids from 6 to 11 years old need to applied extra breakfast upon check in. If the rate includes breakfast, breakfast will be provided for the number of adults on the reservation and for up to 2-4 children under 6 years old (depending on room size) only when sharing existing bedding. If rate is not inclusive breakfast, breakfast available for a fee daily VND 660,000 per adult and per night, upon check in. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. Liked:The villa we stayed at was very dated. The main pool and beach restaurant is closed. It’s not advertised but the main pool is now closed.. Would not recommend. If you book a villa with a garden view it’s on a road. The pools are not child friendly.

Nice and good location but lacking wet weather options

Liked:Good location, helpful staff, clean. Would be great in summer.

Disliked:The hotel and villa are perfectly adequate and nice and would put anyone off staying here as it’s good. However parts of the villa felt tired and in reflection considering other hotels we have stayed at in the local area it felt rather overpriced. Little things like no smart TV etc and unfortunately it rained for the majority of our stay here and the lack of wet weather amenity was really apparent.

Excellent service

Liked:I recently stayed here with 3 other close friends, and we had a great time, despite the non-stop rain!! The highlight though, was the very attentive service we got from Lisa, who we first met when she welcomed us on arrival for check-in. Lisa just made everything easy, nothing was ever too hard , and she always went out of her way to resolve anything that we needed You could tell that Lisa really cares about her guests - because she even went as far as checking in with each person in our group individually every single day, to ask how we were, and if we needed anything. Big thanks to Lisa for making our time at primier village so enjoyable- the only thing I requested of her that she couln’t fix was the wet weather!
