The property offers a daily complimentary airport shuttle service, which operates according to a schedule and is subject to availability. The pick-up times are at 9:00, 10:30, 13:30, and 15:30, The drop-off times are at 8:30, 10:00, 13:00, and 15:00. To secure a reservation, please contact the hotel at least 24 hours in advance. According to the hotel policy, two children under 12 years old are permitted to stay with their parents. The details are as follows: -Children between 0 and 5 years old can stay for free if they use the existing bed. -Children between 6 and 11 years old will be charged VND 180,000 per child per night when using the existing bed. -Guests aged 12 and above require additional bedding at an additional charge of VND 450,000 per night. Please review your reservation and ensure that you have provided the accurate number and ages of children. If you have not provided this information during the reservation process, kindly note that there will be a children surcharge at the hotel, which you will need to pay upon arrival.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
