Liked:The staff, especially at the service desk and valet area were amazingly helpful and kind. The grounds are beautiful. Access to the beach is easy.

Disliked:Hyatt have still not released the funds they held on my CC, almost 3 weeks after checkout. When I first enquired they told me it was my bank holding them, my bank says it is Hyatt. I am now having to fill in and send off paperwork in order to access MY money. Hyatt will put a hold of approx $300aud on your CC so you may as well ring it all up on your room as its a pain to get back. Thats not hard to do, as food and drinks were low end Australian prices. But we preferred to eat out.

Wonderful beachfront resort

Liked:Great resort with so many facilities. The kids loved the water slide, the kids club, the little farm, plus trying so many different sports. Mum and dad loved the spa and the steam room with hot and cold plunge pool. Breakfast was exceptional, one of the best breakfast buffets we've had. I think we were there in peak time and we often had to wait for a table inside, but other than that we were happy and there was plentiful food despite the busyness Room was large and very comfortable.

Disliked:Not much we didn't like. Personally, the location was a bit far from the main city of Danang for us - we like heading into town each day to sightsee, try different restaurants etc and it was a 20 minute car ride each way. It was easy and cheap to get Grabs from the resort though. The food felt expensive for Vietnam, even by resort standards.

Worth every penny!!!

Liked:This place is a paradise. The beach is beautiful, buffet breakfast is amazing(you can choose from 3 different restaurants), the grounds are very well maintained, rooms are perfect, comfortable beds and very effective ac., restaurants are awesome, free endless glass bottled water in your room and rooms are serviced daily. fitness centre with hot and cold pools, sauna, steam room(this place is difficult to find but you can order a buggy ride to take you there). Staff are so friendly and nothing is a problem. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a relaxing holiday. I would not leave the resort unless you need to buy snacks for your room. What ever you do don’t go to Vinmart for shopping it smells really bad there. Also shopping centres open at 10am and you will not be able find swimwear anywhere so make sure to bring it with you. Weather in mid July was perfect +35c during the day and just under 30 at night. Surprisingly not humid like other tropical places we’ve visited. Also visited Ho Chi Minh City, it was meant to be monsoon season but did not rain once during our stay and also not humid. Use Grab for your Taxi needs. Make sure you order one using the app every time as they will try to take you places using cash but then you might not be safe ..

Disliked:Nothing only when we left the resort we regretted it every time. The laundry service at the resort is very expensive. We found one in town so much cheaper (3 items washed at the resort cost the same amount as 4 big plastic bags full at this other place) Anna something (can’t remember the name) they wash, dry, iron and pack really well and all within less than 24h.

Liked:The property is beautiful and well maintained, the room was comfortable and clean. Amazing breakfast buffet - bets one of our trip! Staff were friendly and very helpful. The kids had a blast!

Disliked:Don’t get me wrong, the hotel was amazing, but it’s very expensive compared to other equally nice hotels. The pool is huge and fun for kids, but it wasn’t as clean as one would have expected.
