The ladies running guest service are rude and unwilling to compromise

Liked:Everything except customer service. You’d think in a place like this it would be top tier but it’s not, in fact the women who run guest services are awful and have zero customer service skills when it comes to an issue arising. No help! No accommodation.

An Exceptional Stay

Liked:Overall, the hotel was exceptionally clean, and the daily housekeeping and room maintenance were flawless. We were also deeply impressed by the warm hospitality of every staff member. In particular, Lucas, the manager in charge of our room, was incredibly kind and professional. Throughout our stay, he responded to all of our requests promptly and with genuine care, which truly exceeded our expectations. Thanks to Lucas, our experience at the hotel felt even more perfect. If we have the opportunity to visit again, it would be an honor to meet Lucas once more. Thank you very much for making our stay so memorable.
