Liked:It was ok. Room was nice and beds were comfortable.

Disliked:Overall the room was nice and it was what we needed. However, I know we have to be careful, but upon our arrival which was 1am because we were traveling. The sliding glass door is kept locked for safety reasons. As we wait to be buzzed in to complete registration. There was only one staff member working the front desk and they weren’t able to open the door upon my arrival. That was a little annoying, especially when you’re tired and you just want to take a hot bath. But wait! There was no hot water to take a hot bath!!! We had to take a cold shower. Hot baths are soothing for me, I wanted to give a rating of “4” but the hotel is decent. So I had to be fair.
