Liked:The hotel was perfectly located, clean and the staff were wonderful.

Disliked:The air conditioning in the room was not working properly. It worked for a short time but then stopped. The room was stuffy and hot at night. We stayed a short time and the weather was not too hot so it was fine. In the summer it would be a different story I think.

We didn't get to stay because our room was sold before we got there 4 greed just to make more money

Liked:Nothing either the dumb policy of the hotel is crap or the staff just sold our room to the next guest when we booked it in advance week before

Disliked:Well let's see we drove damn near 400 plus miles to make it to our room only to get there and be told our room was no longer available even though we called around 3 to check in with the front desk to tell them we're running late because of traffic on the highway and the lady specifically told me that she would hold the and it's fine to check in but when we got there it was a totally different person who basically argued and said the room wasn't available after 3 so how the heck is that possible and she's suppose to be a manager well she needs to be replaced by someone who actually has the experience and talent to deal with people and not be rude after someone drove that long just to be told no so I wouldn't recommend this location to an enemy complete waste of time and I will leave review on Google and anything else because that lady shouldn't be a manager period you guys should do better vetting and or training pathetic service.
