Love the hotel, not the staff

Liked:I loved that the facility was very clean and updated. I also loved the complimentary breakfast that was offered.

Disliked:I was not too pleased with the staff. They were for the lack of a better word, very nonchalant and not very helpful. I found that they were quite appeasing to certain groups of people over others. Take that how you will, but I was observing the behavior and felt very awkward about the subtle mistreatment or standoffish attitude in comparison to the treatment of others.

I would definitely stay here again. Even my dog felt comfortable as it was quiet in the room.

Liked:Breakfast choices were varied and plentiful. Pancake dispenser may not always work but staff will fix it for you promptly. Coffee/Tea always available. Close to Waffle House and 7/11 with other food close in the area. Very quiet and nicely laid out room. Gym on site and pool table.

Disliked:A guest tried to set the hotel on fire with a lit cigarette thrown on the mulch by a door. There are cigarette butt trays by most doors, evidently they need to be by all doors as well as a trash bin as all guests are not clean or respectful. Staff did respond quickly once notified, fire extinguisher either was not working or staff did not know how to use it so training and checking needs to be implemented. Luckily there was water close by and another staff member to help....

Very impressed and really comfortable room.

Liked:It was different from typical hotels. Pool table in lobby area is brilliant. I didn’t play but others were playing.
