Good location

Liked:Hotel location is great. It is in the West Loop and close to many restaurants.

Disliked:I wish there is a gym in the hotel. Or they can have a partnership with gyms close by.

For a hotel at this level, cleanliness is the absolute minimum expectation—and this completely failed. I had to deal wit

Liked:The young lady who checked me in was absolutely outstanding—knowledgeable, welcoming, and very good at presenting everything the hotel offers (events, live music, food, etc.). The front desk staff the next morning were also kind and professional.

Disliked:I woke up covered in bites, which appear to be bedbug bites. I immediately reported it to the front desk (room 1023), showed photos, and checked out. While the staff acknowledged it, the follow-up from the hotel was essentially nonexistent. I sent an email—no response. Later I received a text asking for photos, which I provided, but after that… nothing. No follow-up, no concern about my health, no update about the room, no accountability.
