Not even satisfactory.

Disliked:They charged me extra for the breakfast. On the bookings it said breakfast is on the house. We were 4 people and on site they told us its only for 2 although its not mentioned anywhere on the booking. I had booked for 4 so I expected breakfast for 4. They took the security deposit and still have not paid back. Yesterday called them and said will look into and asking intricately and giving such an answer that it seems like a very difficult thing to return me my security deposit.

We would definitely go back !

Liked:Right on the river! Clean and not too outdated. Breakfast was phenomenal!!!

Disliked:Our room didn’t have a plug for charger for phone. Had to go get a plug in box.

Great location

Liked:Such a great location on the Riverwalk! The hotel said it was fully booked but we never felt crowded. Elevators were quick, property was clean, and the room had great views of the river. We had a family room which was spacious for 2 adults and 2 kids. Walkable to so many restaurants and activities. Plan to stay here on our next trip back to Chicago.
