I would definitely stay here again but maybe not in the dead of a hot summer because of room temp.

Liked:The location is amazing. It was clean and the check in staff was helpful and quick.

Disliked:You couldn’t change the temperature in the room. You had to call the front desk. The rooms were definitely on the warmer side even after calling the front desk.

Good location of you need a parking lot, which was the only reason i didnt cancel the remaining days.

Liked:Good location with a parking lot.

Disliked:Upstairs room window did not latch and lock. It had been that way long enough the window frame had mildew on it, and moldiness under the paint.

Ohio House for Beauty, Central Location, Friendly Staff and Comfort

Liked:I booked Ohio House for a two night stay. We were in Chicago for the Rush 50 Something Tour. My friend was concerned that Ohio House is a motel instead of a hotel. I assured her with evidence of several excellent reviews. The hotel is a beautifully renovated space with a mid century modern feel. It's comfortable and clean. The staff are professional and friendly. We did take the Hop On Hop Off Bus Tour but the motel is centrally located, and it is easy to walk to prime locations. I do not have any photos of the property. At the end of our stay, my friend said she would stay there again. We loved it!! Thank you for your hospitality!!!

A cool lodging option that has a hip retro style while having nice comfortable modern rooms.

Liked:The motel has its own parking lot. The motel is retro stylish in a way that really works. The room is very nice and modern and comfortable and quiet at nice. The location is near a subway stop but also is walkable to downtown. The staff are very friendly.

Disliked:Nothing to complain about, really.
