Liked:Location was perfect. Access to great restaurants locally, close to the South Shore and the "L". Great walkability.

Disliked:Not much of a lobby, but that didn't really matter to me. Would have been nice to get a couple bottles of water upon check in as well.

Great value for your money and very friendly hotel

Liked:Great hotel, comfy, all staff were very professional and helpful, and very good proce for what you get. Rooms are clean, big, everything you need, and you also get complimentary breakfast and happy hour drinks daily. Just can't ask for more. Location was also excellent, walking distance (15 - 30 min max) to all main tourist attractions, and great restaurants and bars nearby. Also, Johnny, James, José and all the rest of the employees were very kind and professional. Will definitely recommend!

Amazing and Friendly!

Liked:Been to Chicago many times and never had an experience quite like my last one. From the moment I arrived, EVERYONE was extremely friendly and welcoming especially the bellman, Jonny. Jonny was very polite and accommodating. He gave great suggestions on what to do and eat in the city. He was very knowledgeable and thanks to him, I had one of the most memorable dining experiences in downtown Chicago. Rooms were very clean and the location was great. Will definitely book again!
